Happily married blessed with a wonderful daughter, A customer service representative for 6 years ,4 years with sprint providing a world-class customer service and 2 years with T-mobile famous for care, for those years I focus on making sure the customer are happy, will stay longer, deepen the relationship and lessen customer's effort. My goal is let the customer get the best resolution and customer experience. I answer every phone call with love ,which means with unconditional commitment ,towards imperfect people, seeking their highest good, and often times requires sacrifice.
