About

I’m a Technical Program Manager and Project Manager with a background built around solving messy operational problems, stabilizing technical delivery, and helping organizations execute complex programs with clarity and predictability. Over the past decade, I’ve led modernization and data-driven initiatives across utilities, energy analytics, AI/annotation operations, financial systems, and large-scale enterprise workflows. My work consistently centers on improving how teams operate—removing blockers, tightening processes, and building systems that deliver accurate, reliable results at scale.

I’ve managed high-volume production environments, multi-stream modernization portfolios, and cross-functional engineering projects that required tight coordination, risk mitigation, and strong communication. At Liberty Source, I oversaw a 100+ person data operations team delivering 20,000–30,000 daily production units while driving major improvements in accuracy, throughput, and workflow efficiency. I built governance models, introduced automation, and launched rapid-cycle pilots that helped operations stabilize faster and deliver more consistently.

Before that, at Bidgely, I worked with major utilities on AMI data ingestion, validation, and DSM-related analytics. I partnered closely with engineering and product teams to resolve data issues, stabilize pipelines, and improve the quality of utility-facing reporting. These experiences strengthened my ability to translate technical challenges into clear actions that both business and engineering teams can align around.

During my decade at ICF, I managed DSM/DER program operations and modernization projects for large utilities, where accuracy, regulatory requirements, and cross-team coordination were critical. I redesigned workflows, led requirements discovery, delivered on strict timelines, and helped implement systems that improved reporting reliability while reducing operational overhead.

Across all roles, I’ve developed a reputation for being someone who can take ownership of ambiguous work, build structure quickly, and help teams stay aligned. I’m comfortable working with engineering, data teams, product groups, operations, and external clients, and I bring a practical communication style that keeps things moving without drama.

I enjoy roles where I can blend technical understanding with operational leadership—whether that’s improving data workflows, coordinating complex integrations, running utility or SaaS-style implementations, or stabilizing large programs with multiple dependencies. I’m PMP and PMI-ACP certified, comfortable with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, SQL basics, ETL concepts, and cloud-based delivery environments.

Most importantly, I approach every engagement with the mindset of owning the outcome, not just the tasks. I look for problems that need clarity, processes that need tightening, and teams that need someone to bring direction, rhythm, and accountability.
