In over two decades of media production and story-telling, I've crafted a unique blend of technical expertise, team leadership, and workflow development. As Director of Post-Production at PopFizz Productions, I manage complex projects across corporate, agency, and network television clients, ensuring seamless operations for both people and systems. My career spans diverse roles, from editing branded content and broadcast programming to authoring workflows that optimize team collaboration and streamline multi-editor environments. In addition to managing large-scale storage infrastructures and media assets, I’ve led transitions from tape-based to digital media workflows, documented workflow procedures to enhance team consistency, explored AI-augmented automation, and maintained cutting-edge processes aligned with industry standards and best practices.

Through all of this, I've developed an approach that's rooted in understanding the broader framework and making it work efficiently. Ultimately, my focus is on connecting the dots, aligning people and processes, and helping organizations navigate complexity with real clarity.
