I have more than 8 years experience in the field of Customer Service and Technical Support. I have strong communication skills be it verbal or written. I've handled technical support campaigns for more than 4 years and been with major Telco companies in the US like Sprint, MetroPCS, and T-mobile. I've also handled customer support for more than 4 years (and counting). I've been with American Express (Bluebird and Serve), Green dot (VISA), Airbnb, Uber Eats, and Doordash. I have provided support through phone, chat and email. I've also handled my own team as an SME (Subject-Matter Expert) and a Team Coordinator. I started working remotely more than a year ago.
I am goal oriented, attentive to details and I can work with less supervision even under pressure. I have strong technical, organizational and time management skills. Empathy is one of personal traits - I can put myself into someone else's shoes. I am a team player but I also know how to stand out. I am good at multitasking, prioritizing workloads and I have the will to win and the drive for success.
