For the past 5 years, my main specialty is customer relations. I have worked for 2 years as a technical support representative for a US based giant ISP company. My main role is to assist users with any of their customer support and technical support needs. From basic connectivity issue for home and office devices to complex technical inquiries like networking, firewall, routing, VPN, etc. This role also enables me to learn leadership skills that I was able to use. After working hard as a customer relations officer and a team lead, I was able to acquire a home based technical job which honed my networking skills. I worked for the past 2 years working for a very known DNS and VPN service provider on the internet. I was able to acquire more skills than ever. From DD-WRT, Tomato, Mobile dev troubleshooting, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, VPN and DNS troubleshooting, etc. I also was able to make some articles for our clients to see as well as some training modules that new hires can read to hone their skills. I also had an experience with both email and chat support on this role. I also had an experience working as a team leader on this role due to my wide expertise on the said field.
