Budget Analyst / Administrative Assistant
The City Budget Office (CBO) is a local government office that offers appropriate
and timely technical services on budgetary matters to various departments or
offices of the City Government of Davao, including the one hundred eighty-two
(182) barangays and concerned national agencies. This is done to support the
management for the successful implementation and completion of programs,
projects, and activities of the City.
The tasks of the office include preparing the annual and supplemental budget for
the city, evaluating and consolidating budget proposals from other government
offices, monitoring expenditures, preparing the Allotment Release Order, and
implementing the control system for authorized appropriations. The office also
reviews project profiles, work and financial plans, and requests for allocation to
ensure their accuracy and validity.
As part of my responsibilities as a budget analyst, I am tasked with overseeing the
review of the Annual and Supplemental Budgets for the one hundred and eightytwo (182) barangays within the City. In accordance with the Local Government
Code of 1991, I provide technical assistance to support their budget preparation
efforts through the provision of seminars, workshops, and personalized coaching.
In addition to my primary responsibilities, I undertake a range of other
administrative assistant tasks. These include producing accomplishment reports
that provide a detailed overview of the goals that have been achieved by our team,
highlighting key successes and areas for improvement. I also produce status
reports that provide regular updates on the progress of ongoing projects and
initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed of any developments or changes that
may impact their work.
Additionally, I am responsible for creating client satisfaction reports that assess the
level of satisfaction among our clients, allowing us to identify areas where we can
improve our services and better meet the needs of our customers. Through my
dedication to producing high-quality reports and my attention to detail, I aim to

As a staff member of the Barangay Budget Division, there are times when I am

Macy's Inc (Macy's) is an omnichannel retail company that operates
department stores, websites, and mobile applications. The company offers
apparel for men, women, and kids, home furnishing, cosmetics, intimate
apparel, fragrances, shoes, and other accessories. The company markets
products under various private label brands and owns brands such as
Bloomingdale’s, Bloomingdale’s The Outlet, Bloomies, Macy’s, Market by
Macy’s, Macy’s Backstage, and Bluemercury.
As a customer service representative at Macy's, my primary responsibility is
to handle incoming calls from diverse clients who are interested in
purchasing products from Macy's online store. In this capacity, I assist
clients by guiding them through the online order placement process,
offering alternative products in the event that the desired product is
unavailable, and suggesting on-sale products that may be of interest to the
client.
As part of my role at Macy's, I provide technical support to clients who
encounter issues with navigating the website, utilizing their Macy's card,
and applying discount codes and coupons. My responsibilities include
troubleshooting and providing step-by-step guidance to ensure a seamless
shopping experience for our customers.
Furthermore, I handle requests from clients who prefer to pick up their
purchases in-store, or at times, require curbside pickup. In order to fulfill
such requests, I ascertain the availability of desired products in the stores
that currently stock them. Additionally, I coordinate with clients who have
specific preferences regarding the location of pick-up and confirm the
availability of such items in their preferred store prior to processing their
request.
In addition, I am responsible for tracking parcels on behalf of our clients.
This includes handling inquiries from clients regarding delayed parcels, as
well as providing regular updates for those who prefer not to monitor their
shipments themselves.
During my tenure at Macy's, I also served as an Electronic Gift Card
Specialist. My responsibilities included verifying clients' gift card balances,
and statuses, and reactivating previously locked electronic gift cards that
still hold a balance. Additionally, I provided support for stolen or
malfunctioning electronic gift cards, ensuring that they were replaced in a
timely and efficient manner.

the Virgin Mary. It was established in 1905 as Escuela Catolica de San Pedro and has
