I've worked with Microsoft Office 365 as a Cloud Support Ambassador, Service Desk, Technical Support , and Customer Service. I also have experience in proactively calling customer around the world to fully utilize the products that they are paying for. During my career with Office 365, I was able to manage our End-user's account from Small Business, Medium, to Enterprise level.

I also have an experience in managing Lync Server 2013 for our corporate client that is based in Germany. Our scope is to troubleshoot the issues they are encountering with their communication tool (Lync or Skype for Business). Enabling our user's Enterprise Voice is one of our main support for them to be able to call their contacts externally.
