About Me & my Work
I worked as an Operations Administrative Assistant. My responsibilities are as follows:
* Providing efficient and reliable service to our existing Full-service clients.
* Serve as the lead point of contact for all (assigned) customer account management matter.
* Providing assistance with our managers who handles client projects.
* Auditing team email reach outs.
* Providing Internal data and results of the team for weekly meetings.
* Managing tools, log-in access and employee codes, and other information
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives for their
projects.
* Responsible for helping the company to identify business weaknesses and challenges and determine
relevant solutions, Thus providing assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies to that effect.
* Overseeing and examining new strategy progress and development.
* Provide administrative support to senior executives, and managers, driving organizational success through
the management of daily operations
I was also a backup trainer who is responsible for providing training modules and evaluating new hires for
processes.
Also worked as a Data Analyst. My responsibility is to maintain the information we have on the internal
platform, Auditing documents for any errors and revisions, Update information, and data Entry.
Furthermore, I was a Senior Research Analyst for an Expert Network Industry. My responsibility is to source
out highly-specialized subject matter experts and key role leaders from across the globe and various
industries to connect them with the clients that fall under PE/VC firms, investment managers, family offices,
management consultancies, market research firms, and companies within Global 1000 enterprises.
In addition to my experience, I have worked as a Team leader from one of the BPO companies, I led my
team to their success, Evaluating and coaching each of the team members to improve their skills in
customer satisfaction and first call resolution.
I have also worked as a Customer Support Representative for more than 9 years. My experience includes
working as an inbound and outbound caller, email responder, and chat operator. I have also been responsible
for handling customer complaints and escalations. I’ve learned to effectively communicate with others
through different channels of communication. The experience I have gained from working as a Customer
Service Representative has prepared me to work as a Virtual Assistant.
I would describe myself as someone who is focused, Analytical, Disciplined, Creative, Ambitious,
Reliable, and Organized. A hard-working and driven individual who isn't afraid to face any challenge.
I'm passionate about my work and I know how to get the job done in a timely manner.
I possess a passion for learning new things and I have always looked forward to professional
development opportunities that allow me to enhance my skills and professional growth.
My strong commitment to customer satisfaction, as well as being a team player who is willing to go the

Experience
In my career, I took part in several companies and
helped them grow. During my work experience, I was
fortunate enough to have experienced firsthand and
learned, many different sides of what goes into a
project, the general process of how a project is initially
planned, developed and completed; as well as how
much work and detail goes into every stage.
Another valuable lesson I have learned were the many
different types of work an research analyst, as an
admin and as a trainer has to perform, which in turn,
have provided me with more insight into the different
types of roles and responsibilities that I could perform
