I am an experienced Technical Support agent for an Australian e-Commerce company. Our product is a "No-CODE" stand-alone e-Commerce software.
I Deliver assistance in configuration of the client e-Commerce site. I also gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the issues and bugs found in the software.
In my current job, I have the luxury of time. This made my interest in web developing and exploring different kind CMS (WordPress and Prestashop). I am eager to learn new things such as building simple but elegant websites, creating web enabled business applications, and many more.
I have also a basic knowledge in Computer Aided Designs software such softwares like, AutoCAD, VISI, and SolidWorks.
