As a consultant, I mainly manage a number of
projects for software and hardware solutions.
Directly engage with the clients, to update the status
of current project.
As a manager I handled the branch’s overall
operations which includes employee performance,
stock monitoring, customer service, cleanliness and
other job related duties. Made sure that the branch
target sales are met and store policies are observed. I
was also assigned to other branches, ensured that
counterpart managers are performing their duties
and obligations. Gathered daily, weekly and monthly
data for marketing purposes.
As a manager I handled the branch’s sales and
service performance, made sure goals are met within
company standards. Data and sales reports are
essential in this job in order for me to formulate
marketing plans that are needed, if the store is not
performing well. Gathered daily, weekly and monthly
data for marketing purposes.
As a manager I handled mostly the staffs overall
performance, ensured that every customer is
satisfied by the service that the bar has to offer. This
job also required me to be on duty during night time
and made sure that peace and order are maintained.
As a manager I handled five branches of the
company, made sure each store supervisor’s duties
and responsibilities are met. Chaired weekly and
monthly meetings that are essential in achieving
goals and quotas, and if not, planning is carried out.
From time to time I was tasked to visit different
branches, inspected and made sure that the data
provided are accurate and store standards are met.
As the restaurant manager, my main duty was to
supervise the restaurant’s daily operation and
provided utmost customer service. Ensured that the
staffs are well disciplined in handling customer
complaints and satisfaction. Cleanliness and
orderliness is a must in a restaurant industry.
