My name is Micah Joy Sual, but you can call me Myx for short. A 27 years old aspiring Virtual Assistant with a background in actual administrative support, basic accounting, and inventory management. I am not expert yet at Virtual Assisting since I don't have experience yet but over the past several years on doing it on actual, I have developed a solid foundation in office operations, data organization, and communication, allowing me to deliver accurate, reliable, and efficient results in every task I handle.
My professional journey began as an Admin Staff and Dispatcher at Tolfetano Corporation, where I was responsible in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of company units and handling daily collection of sales. This role taught me the importance of organizing, time management, and a consistency-skills that continue to guide my work ethic.
After that, I worked as an Accounting Clerk focused on handling inventory and auditing at Zesto Corporation. There, I handled the daily monitoring of finished goods, inventory reporting and accurate recording of raw materials and supplies. Through this experience , I developed strong attention to detail and gained a deeper understanding of data accuracy, documentation, and reporting systems-skills that are highly valuable in administrative and virtual assistance roles.
Currently, I am working as an Admin Representative and acting as President's Secretary at First 518 International Corporation. I manage and organize documents, prepare emails and reports, answer phone calls, and monitor office supplies and inventories. This position strengthened my communication and multitasking abilities while allowing me to adapt to new tools and processes for better efficiency.
As I transition into the Virtual Assistant field, my goal is to deliver excellent remote support, whether it's through managing emails, organizing data, handling reports, or assisting with day to day administrative operations. I am passionate about helping business owners and teams save time, stay organized, and operate smoothly.
