In this position I develop SFCC (Saleforce Commerce Cloud) Implementations for the page “Mas Abrazos”: Loading banners, creating promotional codes, uploading legal files, uploading content (videos, articles, podcast) and writing corrections in regional articles.
Business Follow up: Following up of contracts, reviewing processes and complaints with the SAC (Customer Service), legal review of giveaways and promotions, coordination of contests by countries, reviewing of coupons redemptions for contests by each country. Content execution, for local content creation in countries of South Lao (Argentina, Chile, Peru, Paraguay and Bolivia)

In this activity I was in charge of supporting the local and sub-regional marketing area. The tasks included creating commercial reports, coordination of events and call center area market and competition monitoring. Specific cases of customer claims and updating the portfolio for the LAO region were my responsibility too. I also developed tasks like providing training to other areas and agents of the call center, and analyzing cases that came from SERNAC Chile and INDECOPI Peru, with their respective letters of verification depending on each case.
All of the mentioned items were always aimed to reach our quality and satisfaction objectives, so we can offer our customer the best possible experience both when reaching us via call center, social media networks or mail, and also at our physical or virtual stores.
