Micaela Ramos

Hello, my name is Micaela Ramos, I have 2 bachelor degrees which are Cinema and Audiovisual, the first one was in Librarianship (information science). I have been working with customer support and back office since 2019 when I first started working for uber payments sorting out the drivers and clients payments information and helping them with their doubts then I worked for wyndham hotel group receiving calls from americans and canadians and booking hotel rooms for them all around the world and after that I also worked for an american company Ez Dental Billing getting payments from dental health insurances and doing the data entry putting the payments down to the dentistry clinics across the US. Also worked for Tim Noel’s Insurance Company prospecting clients and connecting them to the Allstate licensed agents and recently I’ve been working for GlobalTravel as a Sales Travel Agent prospecting clients and agents booking cruises, complete packages and hotels for their clients as well. Also, worked at the Payment Processing Team as an agent for Blaze and Jonbet (Prolific Trade and Foggo Entertainment) dealing with unprocessed payments, withdrawals, deposits and getting in touch with payment providers to check all the payment statuses. Since then, I have been working with ESTAs and U.S. VISA documentation processing and support by answering whatsapp chats and emails on Zendesk, processing DS160 forms, creating embassy accounts and keeping an eye for appointments for the customers, helping them achieve a positive outcome for their U.S. VISA or ESTA. I would like to be a part of a team that values me as a team member and grows with me. I've been aspiring for something I can grow with and stay working for the next years, stability and success. I’m very detail oriented and ambitious and I love learning something new everyday.
