I have been a Customer Retention Specialist and have also has experience as an Admin assistant. Both jobs have required me to interact with customers /client, and assist them with their needs, giving them resolutions to their concerns.
I do love interacting with customer and clients and acustomed to assisting them in anyway i can. I am a fast learner an example for this is i have been promoted from CSR to Supervisor in just 2 months.Im a very detailed person which is really needed to any job, attention to details. I can easily follow instructions and able to figure thins out even on my own I have no problem adjusting to the tech/ system to be used as i have been familiar using the computer and internet for a long time
