With a CPA Australia qualification and years of progressive experience, I bring a results-driven approach to supporting organizational goals through sound financial stewardship, accurate reporting, and robust internal controls.

My journey in finance began with a deep curiosity about how numbers influence decision-making and drive business success. Over the years, I have honed my expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and cost management. I thrive in environments that demand both technical precision and strategic insight, and I take pride in my ability to unpack complex financial data and translate it into meaningful narratives that support informed decisions at the executive level.

I have a proven track record of improving financial processes, enhancing compliance, and implementing effective risk management practices. Whether leading financial planning cycles, optimizing month-end close procedures, or strengthening internal control frameworks, I consistently seek opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and executive leadership, ensuring that finance acts as a strategic partner within the business. Currently, I serve as a Financial Controller, where I oversee end-to-end finance operations, support external audits, and contribute to business planning and strategy. In this role, I also mentor team members, promote a culture of accountability, and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing data integrity and process automation.

Outside of work, I am continuously engaged in professional development, staying up to date with evolving standards such as IFRS and industry best practices. I have a strong interest in emerging technologies in finance and believe in leveraging tools such as data analytics and automation to future-proof finance functions.
