I am a deaf (with sensorineural hearing loss but able to speak) who is looking for an opportunity to work in the field of customer service and/or any typing jobs. I have an excellent typing skills with 54% accuracy. I do have an adept knowledge in using a personal computer and I'm good at customer handling. I've worked abroad in the field of Customer service for more than seven years, worked locally with Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) as part-time Data analyst, and I have also worked in a College Institution for almost two years. I am a very optimistic person, diligent, honest and capable of doing my work with less supervision. I am keen to be a part of a competitive company where I can emphasize my knowledge, experience and professional skills despite of my sensorineural hearing loss.
