Coordinates with Marketing Department for the finish products, ready for Ship out that includes the following details:
Consignee/ Notify Party
Goods Description & Quantity
Port of loading, Country of destination & any other documents needed.
Makes draft Proforma Booking for the scheduled export shipment.
Sends/E-mails draft proforma booking to client for approval.
Sends it to the shipping line and Base 3 (VSA) for request Authority to withdraw (ATW).
If details are complete, he/she prepares necessary documents (Invoice, Packing List).
Applies Export Declaration thru online lodgment via VASP Provider Intercommerce;
Endorses to the Impex Specialist (Operation) approved Export Declaration, Invoice and Packing list.
Gets container number, seal number & plate number for final shipping instructions (FSI).
Upon vessel departure, he/she follows up to shipping line; Base 3 the Draft Bill of lading in reference to emailed Final shipping instruction (FSI).
Upon receipt of emailed Draft Bill of lading, he/she sends it to the marketing department & the consignee, for them to approve the draft BL to final BL and if telex release or original bill of lading will be issued.
Upon receipt of the final bill of lading, he/she forwards it to the marketing and consignee for them to monitor the arrival of the cargo at the port of discharge.
Makes certificate of Origin if required by consignee then endorses it to the Impex Specialist (Operation); and
Makes draft Fumigation Certificate and Phytosanitary Certificate if required and e-mails it to the consignee for approval before it sending to the fumigator for final issuance.
