PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Employed at the Cameroon HIV Program as a pharmacist specialized in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Efficient coordination and to ensure efficient management of HIV commodities with MoH, DPML, DLMEP and TFPs (TGF, CDC PEPFAR, USAID, UNICEF, ONUSIDA, GIZ etc ).
COORDINATION
National coordination of the HIV supply chain with all actors from central level to the periphery.
Coordinating the national task force with all the stakeholders (MoH and IPs) which led to a better visibility of commodities at all level of the supply chain, reduced drug delivery time.
Coordination of weekly PSM meetings which linked all the actors of the supply chain to resolve issues related to stock management.
Coordinate the ground activities of the various IPs (ICAP, EGPAF, GHSC-PSM, CBCH, UNICEF) with regards to logistics management which has led to a centralized system of data flow
Last Mild Delivery (LMD) coordination meetings in collaboration with the various IPs to facilitate commodity transport from the regional warehouses to the various health facilities.
National procurement coordination meetings with the key actors of the MoH, other health programs and Ips (GHSC-PSM, GU, ICAP, CBCH, EGPAF, CHAI, UNICEF…) for adequate monitoring of stock.

PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (PSM)
National quantification of HIV commodities and elaboration of procurement plans in collaboration with funding bodies (TGF, CDC PEPFAR, USAID, UNICEF…) with the use of inventory data and previous data.
Annual quantification of INH and Cotrimoxazole for HIV/TB coinfected patients.
Elaboration of procurement plans for the staggered delivery of HIV commodities for staggered delivery of HIV commodities.
Elaboration and monitoring of HIV commodities allocation plans along the supply chain (Central level
to the periphery) with other Ips (GHSC-PSM, EGPAF,GU, ICAP, UNICEF).
National inventory and reconciliation exercises of HIV commodities at CENAME and the RFHP (Southwest, Littoral, Adamawa regions).
LOGISTIC DATA MANAGEMENT AND DATA REPORTING TOOLS
Data Quality Assessment (DQA) meetings to assess the quality of logistics data reported across the various reporting tools at the level of the Health Facilities.
Rigorous monitoring of inventories and stocks levels of HIV commodities from the central level down the periphery which had led to the reduction of expired products.
Training the regional stakeholders on the various data electronic (stock cards, inventory form, registers…) and (DHIS2, CHAI, Pipeline....) physical data reporting tools.
Monitoring and evaluation of the online order form which increases the timely delivery of commodities from the regional warehouses to the health facilities.
Update of Global Fund HPMT (Health Product Management Template) for HIV commodities
Update global Fund PUDR (Progress Update and Disbursement Request) review of the National PSM activities S01 (2021 and 2022).
Data Validation meetings in the South West and North West regions across the various reporting tools of the Health Facilities.
