Hi there! First let's talk about my professional experience. Most of my job experience is working as an email support representative for an e-commerce website and salary loan app. Both clients use zendesk for answering tickets. At that time, we are task to answer 80 emails or higher per day. My last job is for another e-commerce company however I am working as data entry specialist. My job is consist of order placing, email tagging, content moderation and internet research.
I stumbled upon this article wherein you can work from home and still can earn the same amount or more. When i research data entry is such an in-demand work however almost all freelancers can do it. So to get ahead of the competition, I enrolled myself in an online course for freelancing. When I finish the course, I am still not contented with what I learned so I enrolled again for social media management and marketing course and also real estate investing task course.
So far I am trained to do social media management such content creation, planning and ads. One of the benefits of enrolling in that course is to get the chance to be an apprentice for the business, I was hired as an apprentice handling twitter and linkedin account. Aside from that another coach, made me a content moderator for her facebook group. My responsibility is content creation, planning, scheduling, adding connections, and managing DM's and inmails. I am also proficient in google spreadsheet, Microsoft office, and Canva.
