Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Creation of Bid Proposals and Estimation
Assessment and clarification of Scope of Work and classify into requisitions
Create MH Estimation for the intended scope of work
Assess, clarify and tabulate Vendor quotations to determine technical acceptability, scope of
supply and split of work
Assess/estimate BM/BQ per requisition
Inter-discipline coordination
Organize and facilitate Kick-off meetings with vendor, Align Master Schedule and coordinate
with all affected discipline and vv.
Detailed checking of vendor documents (e.g. General Arrangement Drawings, Strength
Calculations, etc)
Control and budgeting of allotted project MH
Reporting of daily and monthly progress attend coordination meetings with other disciplines
Assess project standing and mitigate delays to keep engineering required date and construction
required date as scheduled.
Ensure smooth transition from engineering to procurement up to the construction and plant
handover
