I've been in an outbound call center industry for 9 years.  After a year of cold calling, I became a team lead for Merchant Account handling credit card processing and cash advance campaign.  Eventually I was appointed as an Account Manager handling variety of campaigns and verticals such as telecom expense reduction, factoring, accounting real estate, e-commerce, SEO,  web hosting  and insurance campaigns.  I am confident that I am experienced and suited for the job.
