o Securing the Formal Approval for Short Sale. Short Sale Approval must be signed by all

OOS Active Properties
Coordinate with Listing Partner once the referral and listing agreement have been
signed
Advise OOS Partner of the BPO, ATP, etc.
Require the OOS Partners to provide a CMA for each property prior to assigning a
list price
Review the CMA with the OOS Listing Partner and agree upon list price
o Active Properties but not Under Contract
Review CMA, BPO, ATP with the Listing Partner
Discuss and review price reductions
Discuss condition of the home and price that will secure a buyer
Review weekly with each OOS Partner progress of showings and offers
Send weekly updates to sellers as to the status of showings, upcoming offers,
feedback/concerns/questions, etc. Share info between the seller and the OOS LP
when appropriate
o Active GA Properties
Review active accounts weekly discuss price reductions
o Process all GA and OOS Contracts
o Coordination of all Closings – Liaison between SSMG and all parties (Closing Attorney,
Seller, Buyers Agent)
