Mervin Fernandes

I am a Commerce graduate and have worked in numerous fields. I started off as a Freelance writer (Ghost writer) and have written for a number of websites covering a wide range of subjects. I have also done Full time jobs with some of the best brands in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. I have worked at Prudential, the back book of Pru Inc UK. During my tenure at Pru, I have handled misselling complaints and General servicing profiles.
I have also worked at Anthelio Business Services, where I was an Auditor for a Telecom Expense Mangement profile.
My last job was for CeX where I have handled customers from all over the world via e-mail. As a Senior member, I have also worked on complaints, especially the ones which come on Social media and Trust Pilot.
I consider myself as a person with good grasping capacity and I am known to perform a task very efficiently.
