Prior I worked in a BPO industry, I've done several jobs about customer service. I started as a fast food service crew, promodiser, until I went to sales where I had encountered and engaged with different types of people. As I have decided to work in a call center company, it was hard for me at first but due to the experiences I had which strengthen my attitude towards engaging in different types of people and hardworks I gave, I believe, that helps me made it through. I am still eager to learn and open to new discoveries.
