I have been in the customer service industry and business process outsourcing for over a decade now and part of this is data entry. I am a senior specialist and is tasked to generate data and over all performance of all the agents in the center, this is aside from receiving supervisor calls. The data will be interpreted and integrated so i can come up with a business solution and plans to improve the performance of the agents. This later on will be discussed with the managers of the Center. I'm very keen with every minute details. I do my best to integrate all the resources and time i have to come up with an accurate information and results at the least possible or shortest time without compromising the quality.
