Greetings!

I previously worked as a senior customer service representative in call center for almost six years in two different companies. I can handle receiving and replying to business emails and all business correspondences. I can receive calls, do callbacks and handle broad administrative tasks such as data entries, organizing data in Excel, online research, basic tasks in social media management such as posting and replying to comments. I am working on more VA skills in the long-term such as graphics design and video editing. More so, I have good communications skills both verbal and written. 

I am used to the graveyard shift and can start immediately.
