I’m Meriam Lagman Mondarte from Manila Philippines. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Business Management from Universidad de Manila, Philippines. I also took a short course in Hotel and Restaurant Services. I am 34 years old and happily married with one child. Both my parents were deceased while all of my siblings is working/living abroad. Right now am living with my parents in law, also my husband is working aboard. I decided to resign last November 30, 2019, to be a full-time work from home professional, with this I can more spend time with my son, enjoy working while in my home and no need a lot much time in traffic.
I have been in the Business Processing Outsourcing Company for about 10 years working as a Data Entry/Analyst. I have handled a healthcare account in US, litigation, checks and Japanese account. My duties and responsibilities are to perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems. Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems. Adapts procedures, processes, and techniques to meet the more complex position requirements. Ensures department and customer needs are met. Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on the database. Accurate interpretation, analyzation, and entering of data in the computer system. Proper analysis and verification to ensure data integrity. Completion of the required task within the desired deadline. Maintains data entry requirements by following client instructions. Searching article thru goggle and Japanese website, Searching customer information from the database. Check and ensure the accuracy and precision of data entry. Takes initiative to familiarize and continue to improve upon acquired knowledge of job formats, Japanese characters, and typing speed.
