My extensive finance and audit experience, gained in Australia, the UK, and Macedonia, has been well-developed over the past 20 years in a career that has spanned a wide range of companies. In my current role at GIZ in Skopje, I am the Finance and Administration Officer responsible for a co-funded EU project named EU for Economic Growth and a project named “Building capacity towards sustainable human capital development in the Republic of North Macedonia” funded by Green Climate Fund. My responsibilities include monitoring and preparing budgets and forecasts, procurement of products, services and grants, financial reporting against budget, maintenance of continuous cash management and support related to administration management of the project. As the Finance Manager at Winery Tikves, a leading wine producer in Macedonia, I managed a team of four where I was required to prepare, analyse, verify, and disseminate critical monthly and yearly financial reports, coupled with budgeting and forecasting responsibilities. When I moved back to Australia in August 2015, at the beginning I had contract roles in which I was involved in variance analysis of forecast and budget versus actuals, year-on-year analysis, and month-end processes.

Further underscoring my competence, I hold an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), reflecting a solid academic background. Earlier, I obtained a Diploma in Business Studies, laying a critical foundation for my subsequent achievements. As an experienced Finance and Administration Officer, my versatile credential base and varied industry experience underscore me as an exceptional candidate. I possess proficiency in cashflow forecasting, corporate planning, monitor and interpret cashflows, cost reduction reviews, and strategic planning, which would allow for accurate prediction and management of financial liquidity, enhancing the businesses' financial health. Familiarity with balance sheet, P&L, and financial statements promises to provide a comprehensive overview of the firm's financial status for improved decision-making.
