JOB EXPERIENCE
From July 2018 to Sep 2018, I assisted other students in studying computer packages.
From December 2018 to June 2019, I worked at Jentech Cyber in Katarina town. My work
was to assist customers with downloads, printing, scanning, attaching, and emailing
documents.
From August 2019 to October 2019 worked at Karatina town on kazi kwa vijana courtesy
of the Nyeri County Government.
From November 2020 to August 2021, I worked as a secretary/receptionist in a real estate
firm called Fine Homes Real Estate in Gilgil town. My work was to greet and welcome
clients, book meetings, screen phone calls, keep database and records
From October 2021 to May 2023, I worked as a customer service/customer excellence agent
with Jumia Kenya for better customer experience. My work was to receive a large volume of
inbound and outbound calls and emails. Listening and answering customers' concerns, issues,
and questions to the best of my ability and also helping them in placing and tracking their
orders. Maintaining a positive attitude and calmly responding to customers' complaints. I also
visited our vendor to know the challenges they were facing as well as doing audits of our
riders making sure they were well groomed, in uniform, and in good behavior.
From June November, I worked with Maxxis Kenya (Tireworld Limited). I worked as a
customer service agent. My work entails receiving inbound calls, making outbound calls,
handling social media and emails. As part of my job, I help customers with all their enquiries
and complaints. Making sure they get quality customer service and a good experience with
the company. I also gave quotations and also placing sales orders.
