I am a seasoned finance professional with over five years of experience in financial planning, cost analysis, and strategic business partnering. Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation for delivering accurate, insightful financial reporting and driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

Currently serving as a Senior Analyst, I lead the preparation and presentation of quarterly inventory reports and key financial drivers to senior leadership. I partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for reducing reserve expenses and support monthly financial close activities with a strong focus on timeliness and accuracy. I also manage consolidated capital expenditure (CapEx) reporting and cash flow analysis, and take pride in mentoring junior analysts, providing guidance and training to support their growth.

Previously, as an Analyst, I played a key role in cost analysis, royalty reporting, and variance analysis. I developed and implemented models to better understand absorption costing and spending variances, and streamlined the monthly royalty forecasting process—enhancing both accuracy and efficiency. A highlight of this role was my contribution to the harmonization of ADI and Maxim’s costing methodologies, for which I received the FY23 ADI Performance Award.

I began my finance career as an Associate Analyst, where I led efforts to improve the costing process for newly created parts, reducing cycle time by 50%. I was also involved in data validation for BOMs, routings, and standard costs—ensuring accuracy for quarterly cost refreshes and earning recognition for my contributions.

Early in my career, I gained valuable experience in auditing accounts receivable, verifying rental income, processing financial transactions, and conducting inventory audits. These foundational responsibilities sharpened my attention to detail and reinforced the importance of accuracy and control in financial operations.
