Provide assistance in the use of personal computer hardware and software (user support)
and maintenance
Setting up and configuring desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning
security level
Administering user accounts and user levels (Core Banking System), diagnosing
problems in the system, troubleshooting and forwarding the complex issues to our
software team and implementing corrective action as part of user support.
