Hi, I'm Mercy a Virtual Assistant who loves helping businesses stay organized and keeping customers happy.

I have hands-on experience with customer support and customer experience work. I've trained with real tools, practiced real scenarios, and I'm ready to bring that to your business.

Here's what I can do for you:

I've worked with HubSpot CRM managing contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, and notes. I know how to keep your business data clean and organized so nothing gets lost.

For customer support, I've trained on Freshdesk setting up agents, groups, SLA policies, canned responses, live chat, and handling tickets. I've also used Intercom to set up live chat widgets, create Knowledge Bases, and manage the full customer conversation flow from start to finish.

I use Monday.com to manage tasks and projects — organizing boards and tracking work so everything stays on schedule.

I'm also comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Reclaim AI for scheduling and time management. These are tools I use regularly and I'm always picking up new ones.

I know how to talk to customers in a way that is clear, calm, and helpful. I've practiced handling real customer situations using the HEARD framework making sure every customer feels listened to and taken care of.

Right now, I'm a Project Management Trainee Intern at Excelerate (remote). It's a great opportunity and I'm learning something new every day.

I trained at the Digital Witch Academy, where I built my skills from the ground up. I also share my learning journey on LinkedIn because I believe in growing in public and showing my work.
