Hello! My name is Menchie Ballat, and I’m a dedicated, fast-learning, and hardworking individual with a background in customer service, lead generation, and client support. I’m currently seeking online opportunities in general transcription, customer service, bilingual support (Japanese-English), and lead generation roles.

Whether it's a CRM software to a transcription program or a lead tracking application, I'll quickly get up to speed and do well with minimal supervision. I take pride in delivering high-quality work, with close attention to detail and regular timelines.

I am especially drawn to telecommuting because it allows me to work effectively with my time and focus without distractions. I am a self-motivated person and am able to stay in control even under dual hats.
