I have been a customer service representative for 3 consecutive years but for 2 BPO companies which lasted both for 1 and 1/2 years each. I mostly handled inbound calls. Through that experience, I have developed a concrete English skills, be it written or verbal. I also have great interpersonal and communication skills. I have extremely keen attention to detail which I believe is one of my edges among others. I make my vision and intellect work in sync.

With regards to the remote industry, I have turned 4 years and 9 months working remotely in the comfort of my home. The first role I've ever experienced was mainly data entry accompanied by web research. After that, I also handled a client's Amazon business which mainly is about online arbitrage. Most of the programs I got to encounter were Price Blink, Keepa, CamelCamelCamel, and Jungle Scout. I also have a hint of knowledge when it comes to WordPress especially editing through Elementor. My most recent employer was an Ecommerce centered one. I formulated three dietary supplements for them. One for joint pain, another for hair loss, and the last one for mental clarity. I also managed their social media accounts including posting content months advanced. Aside from that, I have managed various clients' social media platforms. Managing the posts and scheduling them. Alongside that, I got to decide how to do the graphics and the videos that would go with those.

I have basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, Dropbox, Slydial, and VOIPs.

I know these skills are not too intense or in-depth, however, I believe in the essence of education. You educate, I learn, I cope, I become an expert. It's that easy. And I am telling you, I am easily taught and very easy to deal with.
