Melvin Ajesta

My name is Melvin Ajesta. For the last 5 years I've been involved in BPO industry, where I've really enjoyed tackling challenges specially in Healthcare accounts. At my last job I led a few key projects that boosted our efficency and help us grow. My thing is adaptability, leadership, time management and problem solving, which has been super helpful in not just hitting targets but also make sure my team shines. Outside work, I'm an adventurous person. I'm excited to go hiking, swimming and if I have a chance, I want to try sky diving.
