With a strong background in customer support, data entry, and business development, I focus on building efficient systems that connect skilled freelancers with the right opportunities.

Over the years, I have gained hands-on experience in customer communication, CRM platforms, administrative support, and process optimization. This allows me not only to manage projects and teams effectively, but also to step in as a freelancer when needed, ensuring quality, continuity, and client satisfaction at all times.

As a manager, I am responsible for freelancer onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and quality control. I believe clear communication, structure, and ongoing development are key to sustainable remote work. That’s why I place a strong emphasis on learning & development, standardized workflows, and transparent collaboration between agents, clients, and the agency.

As a founder, my vision is to create an agency that supports growth on both sides: helping clients scale their operations while empowering freelancers to develop their skills, gain experience, and work confidently in a professional environment.
