Catering and Conference Services Coordinator

▪ Respond to request for proposals for small meetings / events including set-up, food
and beverage, rooms and audio visual needs.

Track staff overtime hours in OASYS. Work on weekly schedule for the whole team
and make sure that we have enough staffs for all events, checking it daily and adjust
if necessary.
