Melissa Starr

With over two decades of experience in the work force, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, an entrepreneurial mindset, a desire for tangible results, a love of teaching and coaching, and plenty of coffee, I'd like to think I'm unstoppable, but I'll let you decide.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to coach many wonderfully diverse personalities. I have experience running my own business and managing teams in excess of 20 people. I love coaching, and it’s extremely rewarding to help people realize their full potential. I have helped many of my peers succeed and later go on to become coaches and managers themselves. My strengths include being flexible, humble, tenacious, organized, approachable, hardworking, creative, and honest.

As a Sales and Marketing professional, I have generated approximately $1M per year for multiple successive years in revenue. As a Business Owner and Event Coordinator, I negotiated contracts with local businesses and generated over $50K revenue for single, one-day events like golf and bowling tournaments.  I designed all marketing material for events, as well as promotional brochures, business cards, newsletters, and PowerPoint Presentations.

By 2024, I will be an Independent Claims Adjuster, working in multiple states across the country. I'd like to provide education for up and coming Claims Adjusters to help them satisfy state requirements for licensing. My ultimate dream is to retire as a Bed and Breakfast owner somewhere in the mountains of northern Arizona, sipping my coffee and surfing the Internet; the sound of the wind whistling through the tall pines of the Prescott National Forest providing a soundtrack to a life well lived.
