I am a dedicated Customer Service and Sales Support professional with over 10 years of experience in back-office operations, client assistance, and sales support. Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in handling high-volume tasks, managing customer accounts, and ensuring accurate and efficient data processing.

I started my career at Startek International, where I worked as a non-voice Customer Service Representative for more than 10 years. In this role, I handled email and chat support, resolved customer inquiries, updated account information, and ensured that all requests were processed accurately and within service level agreements. This experience helped me build strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality service.

More recently, I worked with Our World Energy as part of the Sales and Sales Support team. I supported sales consultants by managing client records, processing documentation, and assisting with order management. I also helped in generating reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth workflow operations. This role strengthened my organizational skills, multitasking ability, and understanding of sales processes.
