I have 3 years of experience in admin support and doing clerical tasks which includes sorting and replying via email; encoding; creating reports; booking appointments, flights, hotels, etc. I've been a Virtual Assistant for a year now. My experience in Microsoft Office is intermediate. Familiar with Google Drive, Google Docs and Microsoft office.
I also have experience in customer services such as communicating with customers and vendors via phone calls, chat, and email.
I am always willing to learn new things for me to enhance my skills. Being a fast learner is what I consider my best trait and I could work with minimal supervision. I'm a hardworking individual that aims to give my best to everything that I'm doing.
