My experiences as a Customer Service Representative of a US phone company for two years make me an Ideal Candidate for the customer service job.. Dealing with all kinds of customer from the said job will be my advantage since I already know how to adjust in every kind of customer’s pace. Our job includes but are not limited to processing orders, answering queries, processing refunds, accept payments and technical support. I am also used to in working late nights since for my two years working in call center, I always do the graveyard shift. As much as I can, I want to utilize the skills I’ve mastered over the years since I found out I really have the passion in dealing with customers. I am a very hardworking person. I always follow my client’s instructions and do them diligently. I’m always open to learn new things, coachable and willing to train in any way. I am looking for a long-term job since I hate changing jobs from time to time. I am trustworthy. You can know more great things about me if you give me the chance to work with you.
