Melissa Giray

My name is Melissa Giray, I've in BPO industry for almost 6 years and counting. I work in this industry I learned a lot of things. I was able to be flexible, versatile, punctual, and professional.  My long-term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. In my current position, I maintain exceedingly functional work environment while delivering exceptional customer service representative. I work well independently an with a little oversight. I respond to request from colleagues and client in timely manner. I am self starter and excel at handling customer inquires, policy changes, and resolving conflicts quickly. I am also familiar several computer software systems and adapt quickly to new programs.
