Melissa Giancola

Hi!

My name is Melissa. I have quite a bit of experience under my belt. I have 6 years of experience working in a call center dealing with clients over the phone and by e-mail and providing them exceptional customer service. I know what it is like to work in a high call volume and busy environment, multi tasking, and using multiple computer programs. These include Skype for Business, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, and other internal systems to track down information for clients.

I have a BA in Human Relations from Concordia University. Throughout my my 4 years studying in university I learned to develop and facilitate workshops for different community groups. The best part of my program was actually putting my skills to use! I learned how to organize group meetings and I learned to develop a goal oriented agenda for a successful group meeting. This program taught me the various techniques to work with others. I believe that this is a great skills to have especially when working in a virtual environment!

I am quite experienced with using Instagram. (You should ask me about my account!) I am someone who is very passionate about travelling and exploring. I believe that this is the content that I show on my own account.
