I am currently on terminal leave until end of May as the Area Manager for AppleCare based in Singapore. I am now in the Philippines with my family. Working in a diverse and highly competitive industry in customer service with Apple allowed me to be the jack of all traits. Made a better version of myself by continuously learning and giving my best to the company. I am sure I will be able to provide the necessary requirements for the job. I am very proficient in the English language both written and verbal. I worked myself up the corporate ladder from a Tier 1 to where I am now.
