I am currently a Legal Transcriptionist, who works from home. Basically, in this job, I transcribe audio files into a Word document and submit them to the client. Before this job, I have worked as a Customer Service Representative at a few BPO companies here in the Philippines. Before being a Transcriptionist, I worked for JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Risk Management Analyst, where I would make outgoing calls to call customers and verify transactions on their credit card accounts to make sure none are fraudulent. Previous to JPMorgan, I worked at VXI Global Solutions Inc., where my last position was a Quality Analyst, wherein I performed call monitoring and provided feedback to Customer Service Agents to make sure they achieve quality standards. This job is a promotion. Before being a Quality Analyst at VXI, I was an eRep, where I answered calls from customers from around the world. I also worked at Aegis PeopleSupport also as an eRep for a financial account, answering queries from customers as well. Before Aegis, I was also at The Thomson Corporation, working as a Research Analyst and research about the U.S. stock and equity markets. Also, I was a Customer Service Representative at Daksh eServices and performed the same responsibility of answering customers' queries, this time about their telecommunications accounts. Lastly, my first job was as an Abstractor, where I would create summaries of articles from all kinds of reading materials that are assigned to us.
