Having graduated at Kırıkkale University in Turkey, i gained a bachelors degree within international relations, law, diplomacy, trade and history. I am extremely experienced with research and producing reports / research papers. 

I am also experienced in writing/copy-writing and have the capacity to expand in this area very easily. 

I can provide virtual assistance to small and medium sized businesses using my skills to improve my clients internal procedures and customer base, i have experience using several online tools including Office 365, Asana, google docs and invoicing systems. 

In addition to this i am familiar with social media platforms and customer support processes.
