I am a Guest Relations Specialist with experience supporting short-term rental operations for properties listed on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and direct booking channels using Hostaway as a channel manager.
My work focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences while helping property managers maintain smooth daily operations. I manage guest communication, direct bookings, reservation support, payment follow-ups, promotions, and review management to ensure guests have a seamless stay from booking to checkout.
In addition to guest support, I assist with operational tasks such as updating listings and amenities across platforms, coordinating with cleaners and maintenance teams, reviewing cleaning reports, monitoring smart lock systems, and troubleshooting platform issues with Airbnb, Booking.com, and Hostaway support.
I also support internal operations by preparing team timesheets, cleaner and maintenance paysheets, assisting with transaction categorization for accounting, and tracking performance metrics such as occupancy rates and review averages.
