I am Customer Service Representative for 6 years, 2 years of it was being a Resolution Supervisor for chat support and voice calling. My task is to handle escalated calls that my representative can't no longer handle. My responsibility is to ensure that in each and every conversation with the customer, they will feel valued and satisfied with the resolution provided. My goal is always making sure that the customer will no longer reach us back with the same issue and they will have positive feedback on the assistance they received from us.
