I have been in Sales and marketing for more than 12 years in an office set-up before my home-based job that specializes in E-commerce (Amazon, eBay & Shopify), Social Media Marketing, Research, Lead generation, and Data mining tasks, Content Curator, Web Development, and SEO Specialist for more than 9 years.

As an E-commerce Virtual Admin, I focus on Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. I used to process customer orders and support emails, log into Amazon SellerCentral, and deal with various email issues about orders, delays, refunds, reviews, and damaged goods. I also manage Amazon's internal support and monitor seller metrics using Helium, Feedback Genius, Azon Seller, and EcomEllite. Inventory management, FBA Inbound Shipping and Deliveries, Logistics through Forecastly, and repricing using the Appeagle tool. PPC campaign, creating enhanced brand Content and Amazon Coupon Codes generation, and creating a Voucher.

In Shopify, I add products, create content, upload images, check out item variations, provide customer service, track shipments, and coordinate with the contractor for drop shipping.

Additionally, I have earned a GoHighLevel Certification, demonstrating my proficiency in building landing pages, managing websites, setting up automation sequences, and managing email marketing and pipelines. This has enhanced my ability to create efficient workflows and ensure smooth communication, especially when automating lead follow-ups and reminders for appointment scheduling.

As a social media marketing expert, I've attended various webinars that can help me level up my skills and expertise. I am using some tools that can help target my audiences, create more engagement, and build backlinks to the website. I have been handling multiple brands, managing their FB Pages, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc. I have a premium account on Hootsuite and a Lifetime account in Promo Republic, Instamate, and Digital Marketer Lab. These are essential tools in my social media marketing tasks—creating a sequence and flow of ManyChat Autobot messenger to be added.

As part of social media marketing, I'm used to Blogger and Influencer reach-out tasks, and I use BuzzSumo as my key tool. I must work on searching for their details and blog sites and collaborate with them.

It doesn't end here; I fed and equipped myself to enhance my skills and never stopped learning. I am attending various online courses, particularly e-commerce-related, because that's my passion. I am taking a mastery course in SEO, Web Dev, Email Marketing, and Social and Community Mastery from DigitalMarketer Lab.
