My name is Melanie and I have a 10-year experience in the call center industry. I have a technical support background with AT&T helping out customers with their internet and email issues. I have 4-year experience in Customer Service for Amazon.com and Walmart.com altogether. I started as a Phone Support then, later on, became a Chat Support representative. I did my best to move up the rank and became a Subject-Matter Expert and later on became a Trainer/Team Leader. I had a rare opportunity to experience training my own agents to be the best that they can be.
With Amazon and Walmart, we help customers in placing their orders, tracking the order and process replacement/refund for their returns. Most of my core customer service skills were founded through these experiences. I know how to keep customers in the company and how to make them happy.
Recently, I was moved to lead a team to a Technical account – Comcast. I am tasked to handle agents and guide them in their performance as a technical support representative.

To help me with my desire in improving myself and acquire new skill set, I enrolled myself in a training under Filipino Virtual Assistance Team. With this, I can help you manage your emails, handle Social Media Management and Marketing Tasks and do Search Engine Optimization. I am trainable and never had an issue with attendance even back as an agent.
